I am using DVD2SVCD 1.2.1 Build 3 Bundle & the encoders is TMPGEnc 2.5 encoder.

I rip the movie’s that’s fine. Then it encodes thats fine to. Just one thing!

I get 2 mpeg files 9 times out of 10 the one mpeg file is to big to fit one 80min cd. I know there is a after burn with Nero 6. I have that on. The Mpeg file is always 853 for some reason. I have tried setting the bitrate at 700meg 80min size cd's. For some reason it over rides my settings.

Has anyone come across this & how did you fix the problem?

Well you should allways Ignore what Tmpgenc says the File size will be because it never obeys the Bitrate that you set so the File size will allways be bigger that it says it will be....What I do is encode the Movie as a single File useing the Bitrate I get from useing a Bitrate Calculator and then I cut the File into Parts After encodeing so that I know each Part will fit....And try to learn how to make a SVCD without useing DVD2SVCD ,you get greater controll over the Quality and how the Picture Looks and when things go wrong you can"t Blame it on the software...Cheers
