Mpeg1 from vcd - what is the command line for avs script?

    hi

    iam trying to open a dat file from a vcd with virtualdub, but i want to open it with an avs script
    i know the command line how i can open vob files:
    here so i open vob files:

    LoadPlugin("C:\mpeg2dec.dll")
    # SOURCE
    mpeg2source("C:\vid1.d2v")

    -----------------

    but how can i open a mpeg 1 (dat) file?
    i think i need the correct decoder.. .where can i get that?

    and what is the command line then?

    Please help me! THX in advance

    download vcdeasy from the spftware section of this site and then click tools click mpeg tools and at the end of the program you will see cdxa2mpeg. in one field you type the path of the .dat file and the next the path you want to saved mpg to go then click convert and wait a few minutes!!
