I heard many good things about this software so I went ahead and and installed this (together with DivX, .net framework etc). When i went to import an MPEG file for indexing (which I head recorded through a digital TV DVR)the program went into a high processor usage mode (~100%) and then froze! Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    Thanks

This may help. I installed a program called Prism Video Converter (www.prism.com). it is freeware and it should be able to convert it easier than what you are using now.

    Good Luck!
