Im using the Imtoo software for the MPG to MP4, registered version 3.1.6 The video I want to convert is .mpg and its 1 hour long, and when I encode it to .MP4 it only encodes up to 2 minutes. Ive tried everything, from the preset changing it to medium and infinite to all types of combination, also the Duration I left it at Full and to 60 minutes. The .mpg is fine, I can see the .mpg the whole hour, the .Mp4 only encodes 2 minutes. PLZ help me fix this. The weird thing is that when I start encoding the .mpg at 2 mintes to the end, it encodes but it will have 00:00:00 time on it. Please help, I have the registered version of it. If it the .mpg, shold I convert it to something else like Divx or Avi, and then encode it to .Mp4. Will that work? Please help me
It will work but you will lose quality and time, so if dont care about the two try that. Also can you convert other mpgs or is it just this one in particular?
Why don't you convert mpg to mp4 directly? use WinAVI http://www.winavi.com/mpg-to-mp4.htm You can try it.
