MPT Media button not working.

    I just recently bought a Razr V3c from alltel. Got MPT working fine, just the one thing I need most isn't working. I think it's the buttong you use to transfer ringtones and what not isn't working at all. I've read these forums. One guy said he figured it out, but didn't post how. So could someone tell me how to get it to work.Thanks.
