hey, i upgraded to msn live i few months back and i have had no problems at all. all of a suden each time i log into msn it brings up a "windows live messenger has encountered a problem.....blah blah" when i click on dont send error report it shuts msn down. if i just leave it the messenger runs as normal!! i have uninstalled the program and re-installed but same problem comes up!! its getting anoying now, any solutions???
no it doesnt just the "windows has encoutered a problem..." box asks if i want to send a error report to microsoft doesnt give a specific code
Hi, Have you installed any third party add ons? (MSN Plus for example) If you have, try and uninstall it.
