msn on nds using r4

can someone please tell me how this is done? do i need any emulators etc? also where willi find the necessary tools?

thanks for that. i have the r4 working fine for playing roms but dont know where to find a browser or msn and how to get them working

i've managaned to get web browsing using ds browser. ive set up a static ip for my wifi connection. wifi games also work fine. the beup software just wont connect however. ive downloaded it and installed on my r4 v2. the program loads fine but wont connect. i avent done any patching using didl or whatever its called as i dont know how to do this. instructions are not at all clear. can anyone help please
