I have picture in the audio/video tuning wizard but when i want to set "web camera settings" i get: "webcam not plugged in or in use by another application i have tv tuner on my comp,and whene i want to use my web cam,the tv tuner picture is coming up,if i unistal the tv tuner ervry thing is ok. what shal ii do?i dont want to uninsalt, instal my tv tuner every time i use web can on msn.please help
I think that both devices use same IRQ port. Try to tweak this in device manager. Read more about IRQ ports somewhere because it's pretty sensitive setting.
