Some of my friends are trying to help me out with photoshop CS2 using MSN Live's remote assistance feature. I am currently using the MSN Live beta version. I click on "Request Remote Assistance" in the features menu and it links me to a download page. It also tells me that I need the latest version of MSN, which I have, and am using. I go to the download site, click the download button and it takes me here. I click on the download button on that page which takes me Here, and I never get the download.

    Help please?

I've not used live messenger, so I don't know about that but you can also use the help & support center to get a remote assistance request in the form of a file, and that should help you out.
