MSN virus "rofl does this look like you"

    my friend recently sent me a virus over msn it says something like rofl does this look like you, and hteres is a link given. i was stupid enough to open the link and i think i now have a virus.
    a few things that look out of place are:
    something nammed A MS-Dos file in my C drive, i delete it but when i reboot my computer its there again
    and in my documents and setting theres something called ntuser. DAT file is this normal.
    pleez help!!!!
