i have that msn virus and i checked how to get rid of it, did all the steps but it is still there. im really pissed off and confused. whenever u sign in it has a yellow telletubbie in it and whenever sumone talks to you it plays the songs! so shit is there a way to download a patch or remove it. the virus name is trojan ak or sumthing. plz help
