MTR from Video_TS

    I've got Video/Audio_TS files saved to my HD (not on a DVD). Is there a way for MTR or other programs to do their thing w/o having a DVD in a drive?

    DVD2oneX or dvdremaster or popcorn will "do their thing" from your HD files.

    MTR or other rippers may do their thing if you create a disk image and mount it.
