Hey all, newbie question here so please be gentle... I have 3 or 4 AVI's I Would like to put on one DVD to play on my home DVD system. Is there an easy way to do this? Appreciate any help you can offer! Cheers!
The easiest way is to read our guides, expecially http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/multiple_svcd_on_dvdr.cfm or http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/vcd_to_dvd-r.cfm. If you notice, as I said many times, the guide will not teach to encode the AVIs in MPEG-2, because converting small (700-900 MB) AVI movies on MPEG-2 (DVD) files is a loss of time, except for the gain in the storage capacity. The guide puts multiple VCD-movies on a DVD (if you manage to author the "VCD .M1V video + 48 Hz .MP2 audio" movies you make on a DVD).
