Multi Room Viewing Q

Would a multi room box work if I plugged it (the multi box) in to a Chorus/NTL digital connection point in Celbridge? I'm in Dublin city. I'm a bit confused as Celbridge used to be Chorus, but aren't they all NTL now? Also would this 'talk back' facility that NTL have not scupper the idea?

 

.The talk back feature lets them know its working but doesent tell them where.As for provider in celbridge i could not be certain.

 

there is no talk back on any boxes here only in the uk
