I'm using Mac OS 10.4 and I tried to play both .ogm's and .mkv's with VLC Player. It will only play the default Subtitle and Audio streams, and cannot change streams. Is there any way I can play these files with their streams without reencoding them?

So you can't change them under the subtitle/audio menus? Seems rather odd since it works on other platforms.

Only other solution I can think of is to use mplayer.

Actually, I tried VLC's website, and got their latest nightly. It worked just fine. I had an older version that didn't work right. Sorry, but thanks for trying.
