I have an avi file that has the movie dialogue and then the commentary on the same file. In quicktime,I can see it and choose either of them to listen to them.I want to burn this file as a dvd movie but how would i do that?
Should i checkmark both soundtracks and continue burning. Will the person watching be able to switch the soundtrack?
I use visualhub since im on the mac.

    Any advice?

Yes, as long as they are separate streams.
The image shows an AVI that has been dragged into DVD Flick for conversion to DVD.
Click 'Edit title' and look at the properties of the audio;two streams are listed.
These will be selectable when converted to DVD format and burned.
