music on my r4

anyone know how to add tunes to my r4 card??

 

You need moonshell, this plays the mp3's, then put your mp3's in to a folder, start moonshell, find the mp3 you want and play it.

 

ok cool, ill try it. what about tunes off a cd??

 

You can cut out the centre of a CD and pop it into the DS (Where the game goes) and it'll play all the tracks. Don't ask me how it works, it just does

Of you could use media player (Or the player of your choice) to convert yout CD to MP3s

In windows media player select rip - make sure you change the option to convert to MP3 as it converts it to a WAV as standard

 

i have the tunes on my HD already....how do i convert them??

 

If they are MP3s then they need no further converting.

If they are not MP3 then maybe if you told us what they are then we could help.

i ripped a cd to my HD but want 2 put soime on my ds

 

Just drag and drop the MP3s from your computer to the DS card. Play them via moonshell by navigating to the music the same way you would a game.

Ok, let me see if I understand this........

You have ripped a CD to your computer hard drive and now you want to convert the ripped CD into MP3s for playing on your R4 card?

Please can you tell me what format your ripped Compact Disc Musical Tracks are?

If they are not MP3 format then you will need to convert them (although I'm sure Moonshell plays Wav and Ogg too).

Have you tried copying the Melodic Ditties to your R4 card and see what happens?

How about I drive or fly to you and do it for you if you can't work it out?

Just re-rip the CD into MP3s then and you are done
