Muxing AC3 and M2V files into a MPG file

Hello,

How do I remux a AC3 and M2V file into a MPG file?

I havent messed with video editing in over 2 years and I remember a simple program I used to use that let do what I needed.

Basically, is there a windows equivalent to the linux "mplex" command?

as in "mplex -f 8 -o final.mpg video.m2v audio.ac3"
