After using dvd shrink and burning the audio and video folder on to a back up disc it won't recognize as a source disc when trying to back it up. Someone have an answer for me please?

    Deeman,

I would guess your source disc(the backup disc) may be of poor quality. What type are you using? Will DVD Decrypter rip it?

if you just need to make another copy of a backup it is very simple. Since it is not encryped and is already small enough to fit on a dvd-r you can simply use any program that allows you to make direct copys. Nero is a good one if you have it and so is alcohol 120%

    mrman,

Very true about programs with disc copy, but no program will work if the source can't be read/rip.

I'm using the digital matrix dvd's. I've had no problem burning the first ones but numerous ones I've tried will not recognize as a source disc for a simple 1 to 1 copy.
