My burned dvd only plays sound hlp

    I copy my movie file using cyberlink dvd and it only plays the sound on my home dvd it doesnt leave the main menu i have even tried other movie files and still the same doesnt even play back on computer

    What kind of movie file?
    Is it an AVI file that you downloaded and converted to DVD?
    Is it your own DVD that you are trying to back up?
