I installed counter strike using the cd i bought and it went fine. i tried to play online and nothing so i uninstalled it. i put the cd in the drive again and tried to reinstall it and autorun didnt work. i manually click set up and when i pushed install the setup screen went away and the computer just sat there. i put another game disc in and the autorun worked just fine and it installed. when i put the counterstrike cd in my other comp it also works fine. Why will it not install anymore on the main comp. Please respond immidiately cus i wanna play.
when you say CD, do you mean CD-Rom or DVD-ROM, or in other words,, is it the offical disc,, or a burnt one?
possible fragments of program still in windows. run ccleaner from www.ccleaner.com, defrag your drive than try to install game again
