depends on the circumstances & what part of the computer caused the fire.

Ok, Hi ddp so my best course of action would be to take it to someone who can tell me, what the cause of the fire was? and i can only post every 3 mins so, i guess sorry for any inconvenience, please stay with this though thanks.

had it been making a groaning sound when the computer 1st started up than went away? more than likely the psu went & if computer is more than a year old & not covered under extended warranty than is out of your pocket book.

No no, there was no groaning sound. I dunno the potential injury the fire could have caused. It even burnt my wall. You think its worth it to pursue this matter, Or just replace the cpu?

take pictures of the computer and wall..as ye home insurance should cover the damages if there was fire.
