Ok. Here's what's happening. Earlier in the day every time I tried to load a webpage it immediately stopped loading. All I did is restart it and viola. Later I pressed the "start" button and all of the system icons (ex. My documents, My computer, Search) were missing. I opened a folder and the blue bar at the left side with the folder options were gone and so were the icons at the top. I restarted my computer again and it was fixed. I'm not sure if what's wrong. Does anyone have an idea?
*Sigh* I always misspell that word...I found out what was wrong. The reason the icons were missing was because I closed "explore.exe"...the internet problem was just something random...nothing wrong.
