my drive isn't reading dual layer discs

    the drive is a TSSTCorp CD/DVDW TS-L532U it has the DVD+R DL on it so it should be reading the disc but when i put in a blank dual layer disc and go to my computer it just stay the same like there is notting in the drive it works with other normal DVD+R but Not DVD+R DL please help

    what brand od disc is it?

    Verbatrim DVD+R DL are the on;y ones to use
