   hi all I used shrink and nero to burn a movie. it works perfectly find on my pc but my top set dvd player can't detect my dvd. I used a R-. can any one advice me what to do?

   Try "Hooked On Phonics For DVD Players"
   
   Seriously though, standalones can be picky about what they play. Try this link to find out what your player handles.

   Have you tried using R+ discs as sometimes players don't like R-
