    Hi

I have a strange problem with my dvd, & I really want someone to help with it i have 2 dvd plyers in my pc

    1-DVD X PLAYER
    2-Interactual plyer

and every time i try to play a dvd it either says:

"(Error PL4013: Playback failed due to a problem with the video subsystem. You may be using an unsupported display mode or your system may not have a working decoder installed. Please ensure that your DVD decoder is functioning properly.)"

so please whoever knows the solution for this problem write to me immediatly.

Does it play normal DVDs? (non backed up ones?)

If so sounds like you didn't encode them correctly maybe...

What program did you use to encode them?

    Try reinstalling the programs.
