hi guys my friend got a new pc with vista,tried to play dvd but windows says she has to download something before she can watch???? also tried to install dongle and it won't let her do it?? as she is new what all is needed to get her going? please help as shes going nuts!!!! CB
it probably asked her to download a codec for the movie as my pc did the same thing for WMP. not sure about the USB drive. i know when i hook up a new one it installs the drivers for it, but i havent had a problem with it not allowing the computer to use it.
