Please help, ive been using my verizon dsl modem for atleast a year and a half without any problems whatsoever but all of a sudden its been decreasing its internet connection from 3360 kbps to 5 kbps to 0 kbps in less then a second.its been happening very often lately and it happens every 5 minutes. I have no clue what to do in order to fix it. i have windows xp he 256x 2 kingston ram 80 gb hd only have 8gb left pleez help.......thnx
that happen to me with verizon dsl and they could not fix it. i moved on to cable and never looked back to verizon dsl again.. call verizon dsl as its a common problem with them.
damn....... thanx for your help i was thinking of switching to a motorola cable modem because i have a great computer but i guess im not utilizing it properly
