as title says my i pod has crash will nto turn off it says its playing a song and its not playing it the screen is on all the time (light as well) cant charge it up cant do any thing with it no buttons work not even the lock button on the top left had of the i pod does any thing any one no any thing or had the same problems please help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i feel nacked with out my ipod
Try restarting it. To do so, hold down the menu button and the center button both at the same time, until your ipod goes to the apple screen....if after 1 minute it doesn't do anything then stop.
