Have you tried restoring your iPod by using the iPod updater? Also, this may not be the answer to this problem but what firmware version is your iPod? The 1.1 version has alot of problems and I hear that downgrading to the 1.0 firmware will solve this problem, or you can just download the latest version from apple.com Hope this helped!, post back if you have any other problems.
Firmware isn't the issue here. Are you sure the movies have been uploaded to your iPod? Connect your iPod to your computer and go to Prefrences [under Edit in iTunes] Go to the iPod tab and then the 'Videos' tab and double check that it [bold]doesn't[/bold] have the Do Not Update Videos radio button checked off. Also check to see if the so called 'movies' are actually set as movies, and not music videos, or TV show. A video that you add to iTunes, and then change to the music video or TV show category won't appear on your iPod. One final thing would be to double check that your video is compatabile with the iPod on Apples website, under tech specs.
