ok here is my problem everytime i try to turn on my ipod it shows me an image of an ipod with a sad face and when i try to hook it to my pc it shows it den it go a screen dat says please wait battery is very low?can anyone help me with this problem plz because i need to get this important document in my ipod
Try restoring the iPod to factory state. You can do this by plugging in your iPod, then opening iTunes and click 'Restore'. If this doesn't work, you can right click it in 'My Computer', then format it. If this still doesn't work, then it is most likely that it is an internal harddrive issue.
