my pc doesnt detect the camcorder

hey my pc can detect therz a hardware ,also i can view the images from the sd card but i canT on the web camera though my camcorder iz e-cam enabled my model iz panasonic GS-15

 

rz uz uzing a firewire cable?

well i have the drivers disc but after installing them also my pc dozn detect the camera it can only detect the sd card wich is in the camera can any one help me ?

 

i dont know if this will help but i bought a dvd burner a little while ago and my pc didnt recognize. So i called the store where i bought it from and they said to bring it back cause its possibly a defect. Sure enough i exchanged it for the exact same one and it worked fine.

 

well i bought it long back i dont think they will exchange it whatever thanx for ur reply
