my pc doesn't have sound! plz help!

    when i turn on my pc i has sound but when i play windows media player songs it doesn't play at all. it says error. there is no sound in my games, in online sites imeem nad youtube. but when i test my audio device at realtek hd audio manager my hardware is working properly. i need your help guys thanks!

    Uninstall the drivers and reinstall them, see if that helps.

    thank you for your reply. i have tried that but it doesn't solve the problem.
