everytime i turn on my pc it loads the bios then goes on to load xp after it loads it it says system was restarted unexpectedly if i choose any of the options it just restarts itself what should i do?
ok try this, when u turn on the pc hit f8 loads of times till u get the options to start normally and so on, select boot in safe mode. Safe mode will load and it will be all high resolution because it dosent load u r drivers, all u need to do is go to start->all programs->accessories->system tools->system restore and restore back to a date it was working, u will loose any recently installed software but u will not loose vides, pics and so on. try it and let me know how u get on lol
