Did you nudge anything else? Check all the connectors are securely attached.

So, you think you damaged it?
    What are your PC's specs?

Out of curiosity, what prompted you to remove the RAM in the first place?

Try posting a nice clear picture on here. I'm sure someone will know which RAM you have. Try to include any makers name and any labels.

check the monitor- hook it up to another pc, check the connections, and see if your video card's settings are too high and are forcing the monitor out of sync. Also you could possibly take the ram out and try and boot it- if it goes to the bios than its the ram if not then you have another problem.

plug one stick of ram in take out motherboard battery leave for 30 secs then put back in then restart and see if bios screen comes up
ps also give your graphics card a little push to check it is seated right

Sounds like a faulty Power supply.

You shouldn't use any old power supply though or you'll only get the same problem - I recommend replacing it with a quality unit like a Corsair VX 450W.
