my pink razr problem

    hi i'm sorry if this is a common problem that you have answered many many times but i can't seem to find the answer.
    the problem is i can't download or send pictures, i've looked in the manual but to be honest it's sh** can someone please help me

    Welcome to AD. How do you connect to your PC for downloads, via USB cable or bluetooth and what software do you use. It would be helpful to know the answer to these questions in order to help.
