My printer is freaking me out!!!

    hello, i own a canon printer multipass mp360!!

    and here goes the problem:
    when i try to print something the printer works really hard and try to grap the paper to get it inside it to start printing but the paper doesnt go it says where it is!!!!

    CLEAN THE ROLLERS..
    they should be cleaned at least once a month if the printer is used alot..water will remove the ink thats on the rollers.with a lint free cloth..

    yes i do use my printer alot but its been a while i did not
    do i have to remove screws and open it?

    are the feed rollers hard or soft to the touch?
