my r4 card says menu?

    i bought a new micro SD card for my R4 card and downloaded the newest kernal for it but it always says menu? i have re-downloaded the kernal more times from different sites but it still says menu? Can anyone help me out?

    What R4 do you have? URL on the packaging is the way to go.
