I burned a DVD with a Panasonic DVD standalone recorder, but it places the unwanted title screen first. I ripped the DVD using DVD Decrypter to my hard drive with the usual VIDEO_TS folder. Now I want to edit the movie to remove the title page. I tried using My Sonic DVD, but it only recognizes .MPEG or .AVI extensions not .IFO or .VOB. I then tried using ArcSoft Showbiz and it has given me too many problems. How can I simply edit the movie on my hard drive to take off the irritating title page?

Check out the DVD Decrypter manuel/read file/site, I forget which, but I did read there is a program that will help you read VOB files and tell you what they contain. Once you find the file with the part you do not want you can delete it, but read carefully there is a problem with the audio of the movie being knocked out of sync, they also have a correction for it. If I run across the read file again I will keep you in mind. In fact before your search in the right hand bock of the dvd decrypter where it shows your ifo vob files after decrypting try right clicking the files for info on it's content.
