    Hey Yall!

i am the biggest n00b when it comes to video capture on the computer so i need a little hand. I have a tone of old VHS and BETA cord videos that i would really like to capture to my hard drive. The only problem is....
that my computer is really crappy

    --------------------------------------------
    32MB Graphics Card
    (1) 128mb Ram Stick & (1) 256mb Ram Stick
    --------------------------------------------

so yer i dont have the best computer but i do have a analog video capture card in the back of my PC

    --------------------------------------------
    Swann
    Ezy Capture Multifunction Capture Card
    PCI
    --------------------------------------------

I made sure that on the back of the box that is would suit my
    computer (minimum 32MB Ram) etc......

So whats the best way for me to go through with capturing i would
really appreciate it if i could have a list of the Codec and every
thing and the software i should use....

I tried using the software that came with it but it inst good quality
and its very fuzzy full screen and that image sometimes freezes and the sound is horrible so yer.

    Thankz A Lot
    Jamie

Your best bet is a DVD recorder. At least then (if your PC can play DVDs) you can import the video from the DVD without dropped frames.
