    So much for N3

Since it changed over my NTL Virgin box is breaking up with sound loss artifacts on the screen ,
blank screens and all manner of glitches.

    Anyone else experiencing these?

From what ive read on the forums it seems to be a cmmon issue requiring a new
virgin box - some have suggested Virgin are giving away free v+ boxes to customers
    with problems?

And yes ive removed splitter , reset , rebooted , unplugged.

Worked fine on my old Sv.
So much for Nagra3 sounds like might be a costly exercise.

that could be down to your signal, not N3 itself, dont confuse the two, if your initial signal coming in, your going to get this prob, that could be bad cabling, fault in your area, prob at the headend etc

Everything was ok on the SV5 and it is still ok with what channels remain.

Its the original V box that exhibits the faults thats why i think it may be the box - Nagra3 causes a higher cpu util so i am thinking perhaps the boxes are not powerful enough - just a thought!

    Cheers hooter

Was just trying to see if any other users have the same issue.
Might make my case for getting a v+ box instead of a standard one.
Not sure of the versioning for the standard boxes but mine is quite new!
Long shot but its worth a try!
