i want to copy a dvd that doesn't allow me to use the navigational slider when i play it back. i wan't to make a copy that won't have this problem. is there anything i can do?
That sounds like a user prohibition function. It's to stop you skipping past the copyright warnings at the beginning of a dvd. Some decryption software allows you to remove the user prohibition. 'Any Dvd' does and I'm pretty sure Dvd shrink lets you remove it as well. Check them out. And check back here later for a second opinion.
dvd shrink doesn't do it. i run anydvd and then ripped the dvd with dvd decrypter but i still can't access the slider. when i move the cursor over the slider it dosn't turn into a hand. so if i want to see the movie from the middle i have to fast forward it. any ideas ? thanks for taking the time
