Xbox is very easy to mod... don't know how you managed to do that considering I've done over six (both soft and hard modded) without any major setbacks.

For DS Lite, you'll just need a few things.

    PassMe (at least once)
    Flash cart or SD/CF adapter
    DS Lite

    Here's some examples.

    M3 Perfect miniSD with Passcard3
    Supercard with Super Key
    EZIV with EZPass3
    G6 with Passcard3

If you're looking at a $20 flash cart, you're looking at the wrong thing. It's going to cost at least $90 to get a DS Lite set-up for playing back-ups, which is why I bothered giving you examples of product combinations that work with the DS Lite...

Also, you're not going to be able to buy this stuff from Codejunkies or any retail stores (Best Buy, GameStop, etc), you'll need to get it from sites like these.

Depends on what you're going to use it for (games, homebrew, multimedia) and how much you're willing to spend.

If all you're going to do is play DS and GBA games, just get a EZIV Lite, EZ-PASS3, and a good microSD card. The EZIV Lite comes with an SD card reader. Moonshell can be used to play movies and MP3s.

If you want to use homebrew (emulators, multimedia, etc) as well as play DS and GBA games, get an M3 Perfect miniSD, Passcard3, and a good miniSD. You'll also need to get a good card reader if you don't already have one.

The reason I'm giving you two choices is because the M3 is the expensive route, whereas the EZIV Lite is the budget route. The EZIV Lite plays DS and GBA games well, but doesn't have much homebrew support whereas the M3 does.

Stop trying to buy this stuff on Codejunkies... That's an MML by the way, which is almost the same thing as a Passcard3, minus sleep mode. It also doesn't work with some flash cards.

Hell, Kicktrading even sells a card reader...

Get the card reader and SD card off of Newegg.

From the looks of it, it'll cost around $130 to get the M3 off Kicktrading. It'll be cheaper if you just get it off Divineo and deal with a PassKey2...

Just get a Kingston or RiDATA miniSD on Newegg. Can't go wrong with those two. They'll run you about $23 for a card and $5 for shipping.
