    Hi,

I recently bought a Nec1300-a and now I have a couple of questions I'd like to ask.
First off I've read ALOT of howto's and none of them are the same. For example to burn the dvd in Nero some guides say use DVD-video option while some says use DVD(UDF) and some says use DVD(UDF/ISO) option in nero? I'm a bit confused which one to use?

Secondly I'd like to know if anyone knows how to copy a DVD series? For instance Futurama? It's divided into chapters of 20 minutes each so it won't work with DVD2ONE.

Also I'm wondering if this is the correct procedure of making a copy of a DVD-9 movie:
    1. Decrypting using DVD Decrypter
    2. IFO edit (I really don't know what this is for but i've been told to use it)
    3. DVD2ONE (maybe this should be done before using ifoedit aswell? I don't know)
    4. Burning with Nero..

    Any hints are welcome!

    cheers

None of them are the same because people are successful with a number of different processes. Some use the dvd-video and some use the udf and some use the udf/iso. Everybody finds something that works for them and then will usually stick with that. The procedure that you list is a correct one (except that you dont need the ifoedit step.)
I think that dvd2one can do the episodes if you check the entire disc mode. If not, it can be done with dvdshrink.
Make sure that you get good media.

It really should matter too much, the end result will generally be the same. As Herbsman suggest, his method is a good way to start. If your looking for a freebie program, then DVD SHrink is your best bet.
