NEC DVD+RW ND-1100A won't read Memorex DVD-R

    im new to this myself and i have i think the same burner im working on my first dvd now as i write this and im using fugifilm dvd-rs havent seem to have any errors with it so far hope it helps even a little

    Um...your writer, as you stated, is an NEC DVD+RW. Why in the world are you trying to use a Memorex DVD-R disc, and then wonder why it doesnt work?? -/+ are two different formats

    he may have the one i do the multi format burner im not sure though
