Nedd help deleting a virus with linux

    My brother downloaded the fake virus that been going around on the internet. So First the Virus Killed my Anitvirus program, Shut me off my computer now i can't log in with window's. I installed Linux on my computer Did the Virus scan with Linux, but Linux turned nothing. I'm out of ideas how to get this virus off my computer, Could someone help me?

    which antivirus did you use? try also rkhunter for rootkit detection. clamav seems to be useful
