Need a little assistance with this.....

Hey peeps,

Here is the problem.

A customer of mine was having trouble with a particular music cd. Whereas the trouble being the cd will not play in any device, i.e. home system, cd player, and so forth.

Before I started to do anything as far as finding out what the reason would be, I wanted to know whether or not, anyone has ever bought a cd and it didn't play in ANYTHING.

Nope. Make sure they didn't buy an SACD (without a hybrid CD layer)!
