I want to have a backup program that will backup when my computer can't start. My recovery mode is not even useful. It forces (unless you want to burn on a 6 DVD) you to format the whole drive. Is there a program where i will save a backup on my HD and use it when my PC dosent works? Thx
i'm not sure how unstartable your cpu is but seeing as how you are making a forum post i'm assuming that you have enough access (from a dif cpu) to download a boot disc (if u dont know what that is then wiki it) and be able to get all of the files off ur HDD. however if you are talking about in the event of ur cpu breaking then i'd suggest just using the windows backup program cuz that does a good job in making sure only non system files are copied so u dont have to worry about a ton of esoteric files u will never use being copied to wherever be it a dvd or a dif HDD.
