need easy way to change Xvid AC3 in movie to MP3

    I have a need to down grade the audio files in a Xvid movie. From AC3 to MP3 what is the best way to do this, and where is the tuts on this... I am not the sharpest knife in the bunch but.

    I did spend some time with the fourm search first!

    So Who knows what to do?
