i belieave you can use dvdshrink - download it for free and try it out - works pretty good for me
most of the times -- try not to have to many of the same programs installed - some may interfere with others and cause problems - also try to buy decent disks - dont the really cheap ones - i done it once and really sucked - had to return - i use prodisc 8x and use dvd+ - work good 95% of the time so far
    keep fingers crossed -
    have fun

captrivia, expresso gave you a good start. Download DVDShrink and also DVD Decrypter. You can find them off the software tab at the page top. Then go to the guides tab and read how to use them. If you get stuck or have a problem, come on back. Use a DVD-RW disc if you have one at first until you get the process down right. That will keep you from wasting blank media while learning. Good luck and welcome to AD.
